Work Package 5 - Database

WP5 is dedicated to the data-basing of the whole project since it will compile field observations and longitudinal observations (biopsies, 3D images) from WP1, the 3D biometric data produced by WP2 and WP3 and the 3D images and biometric data produced in WP4. WP5 will be done in collaboration with C. Callou (UMR 7209, director of UMS 3468 « Bases de données sur la Biodiversité, Ecologie, Environnements et Sociétés (BBEES) »), F. Laurens (IE UMS BBEES) I. Baly (AI UMR 7209/UMS BBEES).
